What does the rotation really look like?

One of the big questions heading into this Spring Training is who will fill out the five-man rotation to start the season. Most of the starters are set, headlined by reigning Cy-Young finalist Cristopher Sanchez. Aaron Nola, Jesus Luzardo, and Taijuan Walker fill in three of the remaining spots but with Zack Wheeler’s timeline uncertain, what about the last one?

Will Andrew Painter be ready to start in Philadelphia in March or April? If not, who will grab the last spot in the rotation?
