2026 NCAA Gymnastics Regionals: Schedule and Teams

The 2026 NCAA gymnastics postseason begins April 1 as 36 teams compete across four regional sites to advance to the Fort Worth championships.

Regionals will be held in Baton Rouge, Tempe, Lexington, and Corvallis. No. 1 Oklahoma is the favorite, with No. 3 Florida and No. 4 UCLA as top challengers. The action runs through Sunday, April 5.
