49ers Sign OT Kion Smith, Waive WR Colton Dowell

The San Francisco 49ers have signed offensive tackle Kion Smith, waiving wide receiver Colton Dowell in a corresponding roster move.

Smith joins the team after spending the 2021 season with the Falcons and the last four seasons with the Miami Dolphins, where he appeared in 23 games and made two starts. Dowell, who signed with the 49ers in January, was a seventh-round pick by the Titans in 2023 and recorded one catch for three yards over his rookie season. freshyourfeel.org
