Bears Sign DB Sewell, Place Garvin on IR

The Bears added undrafted rookie Marlen Sewell to their roster on Tuesday, taking the spot of defensive lineman Jonathan Garvin, who was placed on injured reserve. Sewell, who played at Vanderbilt, had 52 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, a half-sack and two passes defensed last season.
