Bills Sign Haynesworth, Waive Dalena

The Buffalo Bills have signed center Sincere Haynesworth and waived receiver Mac Dalena in roster moves.

The Bills added Haynesworth, 25, who entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2024. He has played for the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals but hasn't appeared in a regular-season game, and also played for the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026. The move provides depth at center where Buffalo has been dealing with injuries.

Meanwhile, Dalena, who joined the team in June and has also spent time with the Seahawks, was waived as part of the roster adjustment. moryak.biz
