Chiefs DB Conner Set for Season Debut

Conner, who led the team in defensive snap percentage last season, is a favorite of defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo. The versatile defensive back can play nickel or safety, and Spagnuolo praised his tackling ability and playmaking skills.

Meanwhile, starting left tackle Josh Simmons will miss his fourth consecutive game with a bulging disc in his lower back. Undrafted rookie Khalil Benson has started in Simmons' stead. chickenroadslot.lat
