Commanders Set 2026 Offseason Dates: OTAs, Minicamp

The Washington Commanders have released their 2026 offseason schedule, beginning April 20 with strength and conditioning, followed by OTAs from May 27 to June 11 and a mandatory minicamp June 16-18.

Washington’s new coaching staff, including offensive coordinator David Blough and defensive coordinator Daronte Jones, will use the offseason to install their schemes. Quarterback Jayden Daniels will begin working with Blough on April 20 at the Ashburn practice facility.

The OTAs run the last weekend of May and the first two weekends of June, with all sessions voluntary until the mandatory minicamp from June 16-18. The Commanders’ 2026 offseason program reflects a fresh start after a 5-12 season.
