Cowboys to return to 3-4 base defense

The Dallas Cowboys are returning to a 3-4 base defensive scheme for the first time since 2012 under new coordinator Christian Parker.

Parker emphasized a "multiple" approach, utilizing 4-3 spacing and 4-2-5 nickel formations alongside the 3-4 base. This marks the Cowboys' first full season in the 3-4 since Rob Ryan's tenure, utilizing a defensive line featuring Quinnen Williams, Kenny Clark, and Osa Odighizuwa.
