Former Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland had stage one chronic traumatic encephalopathy when he died by suicide at 24, his family announced Tuesday. The Boston University CTE Center determined Kneeland was in the first of four stages of the brain disease, which is linked to repeated concussions and can only be diagnosed after death. grenadier.co.za
