Freedom 250: IndyCar Returns to D.C. for America's Birthday

The Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C., marks the first NTT IndyCar Series race in the nation's capital, running along Pennsylvania Avenue and Constitution Avenue. President Donald J. Trump is helping celebrate America's 250th birthday with the event, continuing a tradition dating back to President Thomas Jefferson's 1801 festivities.

The FOX pre-race show begins at 11:30 a.m. ET on Sunday, Aug. 23, with the green flag scheduled for 1:13 p.m. ET.
