Jim Harbaugh publicly backed offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel amid the Chargers' offensive struggles, saying 'we trust Mike. We believe in Mike.'

The Chargers offense ranks 20th in the league, with quarterback Justin Herbert having three touchdowns and four interceptions. Despite the team's struggles, Harbaugh has not considered taking control from McDaniel. musojam.blog

Harbaugh hired McDaniel this offseason to add a dynamic element to the offense, which hasn't materialized yet. While the head coach has publicly criticized Herbert's decision-making, he has not done the same with McDaniel.
