Jacobs Charged with Two M misdemeanors

Packers running back Josh Jacobs has been formally charged with misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor criminal damage to property related to his May arrest. Prosecutors declined to pursue felony strangulation charges or two other misdemeanors that were initially filed after a domestic disturbance call.
