Jaguars Won't Host NFL Draft Prospects On Official Visits

Jacksonville Jaguars general manager James Gladstone has decided not to host any official pre-draft visits, mirroring the strategy of the Los Angeles Rams to avoid altering his team's long-term scouting opinions.

Gladstone explained that he values the years of work put into scouting over 15-20 minute facility visits. He believes these short interactions could unfairly sway his opinion of a prospect.

This approach, which the Jaguars utilized last year as well, prioritizes a consistent, under-the-radar process over the typical "one-day interview" approach common to other NFL teams.
