Masters in Bloom: The 350+ Species at Augusta National

Augusta National is home to more than just azaleas and dogwoods, boasting over 350 plant species and 80,000 flowering trees.

Originally Fruitland Nurseries, the course features over 350 species of flora, including the Golden Bell and Pampas grass. Each hole is named after a tree or shrub, creating a landscape Bobby Jones described as "perfect" when he purchased the 365-acre property. The course contains roughly 80,000 flowering plants, making it a botanical masterpiece.
