McCarthy Makes Vikings' 53-Man Roster

J.J. McCarthy has made the Vikings' initial 53-man roster, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, despite losing the starting job to Kyler Murray this summer.

McCarthy's spot on the roster had been in question after he was beaten out for the starting position by Kyler Murray earlier this month. Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell had left the door open to keeping four quarterbacks on the roster. cat-cross.com
