Norwegian skier Atle Lie McGrath crashed out of the Olympic slalom and went straight into the forest in frustration after his gold hopes were dashed. The Norwegian had been competing for gold when he veered off course during his run.
SVT expert Anja Pärson commented on the incident, stating that it is "devastating for him" as McGrath expressed his disappointment by leaving the course area immediately after the crash.
