Penix Jr. Focused on Knee Recovery

Michael Penix Jr., who suffered a torn ACL in November, told reporters during his Wednesday press conference that he feels he's getting better every day. The Falcons' QB competition hasn't truly begun because Penix hasn't been medically cleared.

"I'm not really chasing a timeline. I'm just chasing trying to be better every day," Penix said. He noted he doesn't have a scheduled date for re-examination by his doctor but stated he could be cleared "any day."
