Ravens' Stanley closer to return this week

Coach Jesse Minter confirmed Monday that Stanley, an 11-year veteran, is progressing in his recovery from a toe injury that kept him out of the Ravens' 34-31 victory over the Cowboys. "I do think Ronnie is closer to returning," Minter said. "It gave it a chance to hopefully get right."

Stanley, who has missed only one game over the past two seasons, was ruled out as a game-time decision last Friday. Carson Vinson started in his place and "played really well" according to Minter. The Ravens are hopeful Stanley can push back into the lineup this week. amunra-online.pl
