Russell: Low grip explains Miami GP position

George Russell believes Kimi Antonelli's superior performance at the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix is due to the track's low grip conditions.

George Russell reckons his Mercedes team-mate Kimi Antonelli is more competitive than him at this weekend's Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix due to the track being very low on grip. Antonelli claimed his third consecutive pole position on Saturday, qualifying four tenths above Russell, who only managed fifth place.

Throughout the weekend, Russell has been second best to his stablemate, with the Briton acknowledging the challenging conditions affected his performance more than Antonelli's. piekny-pies.pl
