UConn Stuns Duke 73-72 in Elite Eight Comeback

Despite starting 1-for-18 from three and trailing by 15 points at halftime, UConn rallied to defeat top-seeded Duke 73-72 in the Elite Eight.

UConn utilized its intense culture to overcome a double-digit deficit late in the game. Coach Dan Hurley credited "tough men" like Silas Demary Jr., who returned from a high-ankle sprain to hit back-to-back threes that sparked the rally.

The comeback culminated in a chaotic final possession where Alex Karaban recovered a turnover and passed back to Braylon Mullins. Mullins found Karaban again, who hit the winning basket with four seconds remaining to seal the 73-72 victory.
