Yankees' Fried lands back on IL with elbow injury

Max Fried returned to the injured list on Friday with a recurring bone bruise in his left elbow, just as Carlos Rodon came back from his own stint on the IL. The setback comes as the Yankees hoped to finally feature a healthy trio of Cole, Rodon, and Fried for the first time since Fried signed.
