Busch Couple Settles Insurance Lawsuit

Kyle Busch and wife Samantha have reached a settlement in their lawsuit against Pacific Life Insurance and agent Rodney Smith, which was filed in November seeking over $8 million.

The two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion filed suit against the insurance firm and its agent over an alleged retirement plan scheme. In its court-mandated legal response, Pacific Life had disputed the claims.
