Bandy was originally not offered a reserve/future deal after the season but entered free agency before the team decided to bring him back. He played in four games this past season, recording four receptions for 50 yards and one touchdown. He is also capable of contributing on special teams as a punt returner.
With only four other receivers currently under contract, Bandy will compete for a spot on the active roster.
