MBA Claims First Predators Cup Since 2021

Montgomery Bell Academy secured the Predators Cup hockey championship on March 4, defeating Nolensville 3-0 for their first title since 2021.

Senior Matthew Moore and his teammates celebrated a five-year journey to the title. The Big Red overcame an early loss to Nolensville to force a rematch, winning 3-0 on March 4 to claim the trophy. Conner Mazzoni was named MVP, with goals from Henry Berk, Cortland Klett, and Andrew Frech.

This victory marks the program's first championship since 2021. Moore, who started as an eighth grader, led a group of six seniors who ensured their underclassmen would not suffer the same early exits they experienced in previous years.
