McConchie Shines in NZ vs SA Semi-final

Cole McConchie, the New Zealand offspinner, made an immediate impact in the T20 World Cup semi-final against South Africa in Kolkata. Taking the new ball for only the second time in the competition, McConchie dismissed South Africa's key batsman Quinton de Kock, who pulled a high ball to mid-on where Lockie Ferguson took a straightforward catch.

Earlier, South Africa's Ryan Rickelton had a disastrous start, being dismissed for a duck on the first two balls he faced, slashing a long hop to backward point. This marks the fourth time in this World Cup that de Kock has been dismissed by an offspinner.
