Ehlers Hat Trick Lifts Hurricanes Past Canucks

Nikolaj Ehlers collected his third goal with 14 seconds remaining to cap a hat trick and secure a 6-4 victory for the Carolina Hurricanes over the Vancouver Canucks. The win extended Vancouver's losing streak to seven games (0-5-2), with the team managing just two wins in their last 23 outings (2-17-4).

Sean Walker, Andrei Svechnikov and Sebastian Aho each added a goal and an assist for the Hurricanes, while Seth Jarvis contributed two helpers. For Vancouver, Filip Hronek registered a goal and two assists, with Marco Rossi, Brock Boeser and Nils Hoglander also scoring. Kevin Lankinen allowed four goals on 22 shots before being replaced by Nikita Tolopilo in the second period.
