Reitan Holds PGA Lead in Florida, Ventura Faces Cut

Kristoffer Reitan finished his second round with a birdie, staying in the hunt for a top spot in the PGA tournament in Florida. Kristoffer Ventura, however, is at risk of missing the cut.

Reitan, five strokes under par, sits sixth after two rounds, trailing leader Austin Smotherman by four strokes. He opened the round with a three‑stroke lead after five holes but finished with a double bogey, two bogeys and two birdies, ending one under par.

Ventura, one stroke over par after his second round, is currently outside the cut line. According to Datagolf, he has a 32% chance of making the cut and playing the final two rounds.
